Competências socioemocionais na gestão de pessoas
impactos da maturidade emocional sobre a liderança, o clima organizacional e a tomada de decisão

Este artigo examina como competências socioemocionais e maturidade emocional influenciam a gestão de pessoas, a liderança, o clima de trabalho e as decisões. Emoções afetam julgamentos, vínculos e ações, mas muitas organizações as tratam como traços pessoais ou oferecem treinamentos breves, separados do desenho do trabalho. O objetivo é definir maturidade emocional como capacidade de perceber e regular afetos, ouvir perspectivas, agir com cuidado e aprender com efeitos. Realiza-se pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória e bibliográfica, organizada como ensaio teórico com obras clássicas, revisões, meta-análises e estudos organizacionais. Os resultados associam competências emocionais à liderança, à gestão construtiva de conflitos, à segurança psicológica e à qualidade decisória, sem provar causalidade ou legitimar testes indiscriminados. Propõe-se o ciclo MATURA, que reúne autorregulação, empatia, evidências, ética, resposta clara e acompanhamento. Conclui-se que a maturidade emocional gera valor gerencial quando práticas justas, líderes responsáveis, trabalho seguro e desenho organizacional saudável sustentam seu uso cotidiano responsável.
