O uso das metodologias ativas de aprendizagem na graduação do ensino médico
uma revisão integrativa

Introdução: Nas últimas décadas, a graduação em saúde, sobretudo a medicina, migrou de modelos tradicionais centrados no docente para metodologias ativas focadas no estudante. Essa transição, de âmbito mundial e nacional, visa implementar estratégias inovadoras que promovam um conhecimento duradouro e formem profissionais competentes para lidar com a rápida evolução científica e a complexidade da prática clínica. Objetivos: Realizar um levantamento bibliográfico robusto e bem fundamentado para analisar o uso das metodologias ativas de aprendizagem na graduação do ensino médico e seus métodos de validação utilizados. Resultados: Foram encontrados treze estudos sobre a eficácia da aplicabilidade de metodologias ativas durante a graduação médica, sendo identificadas três categorias temáticas principais e todos eles concluem e comprovam os benefícios no uso das MA em relação ao ensino tradicional. Conclusão: A implementação das metodologias ativas é essencial para formar médicos autônomos e aptos às demandas do século XXI, superando o modelo tradicional em desempenho e retenção de conhecimento. Embora enfrente desafios estruturais e culturais globais, sua adoção promove competências transversais e prepara melhor o discente para a prática clínica baseada em evidências. Assim, essas práticas consolidam-se como ferramentas transformadoras e indispensáveis para o aprendizado ao longo da vida em cursos de alta complexidade.
